ITINERARY
DAY 1.
We depart Shropshire this morning, heading North West, making our way to the Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel in Lancashire, our base for this holiday.
DAY 2.
Today we explore the historic town of Haworth, popular for its close ties with the famous Bronte Sisters, before following in the tracks of the ‘Railway Children’ at the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway.
DAY 3.
This morning we head into Yorkshire, to Skipton for its everpopular Wednesday market. Join in the fun, before taking to the water on an historic relaxing cruise along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, either from Skipton or from Foulridge.
DAY 4.
Today we experience an enlightening and informative full day, Pendle Witches and Ribble Valley guided tour, hear all about the mystical legends of these fascinating and beautiful areas of Lancashire.
DAY 5.
Reluctantly it’s time to head for home, after breakfast we board our coach, heading back to Shropshire arriving later in the day.
