Covid-19 Statement 31st July
Firstly, we hope all our customers and their families have been keeping safe and well during this very difficult time. We would also like to thank all our customers for their continued support, patience and kind words during this period. We have been working hard with limited staff while working from home, we still have a few loose ends to tidy up but there does seem to be an end in sight.
Our Wellington office is NOW OPEN. We will be open Monday to Friday from 10am until 2pm. There will be measures in place to protect our staff and customers and we ask that you follow the instructions to ensure a safe experience within our office.
We are also pleased to be able to offer limited day trips through the coming months. Please see the Day Trips page for the trips we have available to run from August, subject to passenger numbers and local government travel restriction. We have a like for like plan b for all day trips should a local lockdown be imposed at the destination. To protect our customers and staff we will change the way we allocate seats for the short term. There will be no allocated seat at time of booking on day trips, you will be allocated a seat by the driver when they arrive at your pick up point.

Your company took our students to Manchester yesterday and we would just like to thank the driver (Kevin) for his professional conduct throughout the trip. He gave clear instructions to the students regarding procedures for the return journey and also proved fully equipped and helpful to our staff when we had student sickness on the outward journey.
We have in the past used various companies who’s drivers have not been particularly helpful and often lacking customer care and would really appreciate you sharing our feedback to Kevin.
