Winter 2008 Brouchure

Dear Friends,

Welcome to our latest Autumn/Winter/Spring 2008/09 brochure, let me say immediately that we are very grateful as always to our loyal customers for their continued support of the programme each year and the 2008 Holiday period is no exception. We are pleased to report an increase in new passengers who have joined us this year, happily returning
home having met and made many lifetime friends for the future. We have cancelled fewer tours so far this season and we have received numerous letters of praise for both the quality of our Holidays and the way that we operate them. For this we are very grateful and can assure you that we will be continuing to operate in the same way in the
forthcoming 2008/09 season. We can also report an increase in passengers from areas such as South Shropshire, Shrewsbury Telford and the West Midlands. I hope that all of you that have travelled with us during 2008 will have noticed that even though there is an unfavourable rate of exchange and the price of diesel has almost doubled in the last twelve months we have absorbed all of the increases so far and fully intend to continue this policy in the foreseeable future as circumstances dictate. All of this means that when you book a Holiday with us there are no hidden extras, there are excursion programmes where we include as much as possible, good quality Hotels, comfortable and safe coaches, friendly and knowledgeable drivers and a support team behind the scenes that has stood the test of time.

Briefly looking forward to the forthcoming Autumn/Winter/Spring brochure I hope you will find something to suit your tastes, we have included many new ideas, especially our visit to the famous Christmas Show at Thursford, (book early for this as tickets are limited). We have continued our popular Mystery Tours and included a Single Room Only Holiday after the good reports that we have had on our similar tours in the Summer brochure. We have new themes throughout Britain, fresh ideas throughout nearby Europe and a return to some old favourites that have been much requested. You will notice that we have included new shows in our London programme, with best price tickets and top quality Four Star city Hotels.

II will end this letter now with the hope that we will be able to let you forget for a while the pressures of modern day life as we transport you to a Holiday destination of your choice, Whilst you just relax and enjoy yourselves, knowing that our years of experience and our personal touch will continue to look after you in the future as Elcock Holidays always has in the past.
