Brouchure
Dear Friends,
It is with the greatest of pleasure that I welcome you to the 2009
Summer Brochure and as usual I would like to thank you for the
wonderful support you have given us over the pervious twelve
months. It has always been our intention to provide value for money
Holidays, not necessarily the cheapest by any means, but to make
sure that once you have paid your balance there are no hidden
extras to pay. As you can see from the brochure we include many
of the entrances to places of interest such as stately homes, something
you will not find in some of the other brochures out
there. If we include a boat trip or train ride, naturally the price
is included and we tell you in the “Look What’s Included
Box”, if it isn’t then we will tell you it is optional
in the Itinerary write up.
Our pick up points are becoming ever more widespread as we are approached
by new customers that have heard of us. For this reason we ask you
to bear with us, we still pick up most people
door to door and you can imagine the logistics of this are sometimes
difficult. It may mean that you will be picked up either slightly
earlier or later than in the past but you can rest assure we will
get you to the main coach as soon as possible and home again at
the
end of the day. We have always used the expression “Holidays
with the personal touch” and this is something we still try
to provide. I am pleased to say we have gathered together a set
of
excellent tour drivers who are knowledgeable and friendly and have
excellent driving skills necessary in this modern age. Please
remember that the personal touch ends with them, they are there to
look after you and are prepared to go that little bit further for
you, so remember if there is something you need or
unhappy about they are your link with the Hotel. Talk to them and
if they can help they will, don’t leave it until you get home
and it’s too late.
In this years brochure we have tried to offer you a wide range
of possibilities, both old and new, we have found that the five
day
British tours are very popular and have several with new and
interesting itineraries. We are presenting more Irish tours, especially
one to the famous Giants Causeway in Antrim and our Scottish programme
is designed to visit all parts of this scenic land
of mountains and lochs. We found our Isle of Man Holiday very popular
and are pleased to repeat it in 2009 and of course our ever popular
Jersey programme is being included once again. Lastly
we come to the continental programme, we hope we have prepared
a good mix of old favourites with some excellent touring Holidays
especially
our new tour to Slovenia and Croatia, here you
will find some of Europe’s most magnificent scenery. Once
again thanks for your patronage, we have made available Holidays
for the
people of Shropshire and the West Midlands for more than
twenty years and with your continued support we will be providing
good quality Holidays for twenty more.
